This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and standards that guide the actions of Erene Solutions. I commit to operating lawfully, responsibly and with integrity in all business activities and respect for people, society, and the environment.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Erene Solutions business comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Integrity and Honesty

We act honestly and with integrity in all business dealings. Misrepresentation, fraud, or any form of dishonest behaviour is strictly prohibited.

4. Fair Treatment and Respect

We foster a workplace culture based on respect, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

5. Conflicts of Interest

Situations where personal interests could conflict with company interests must be avoided.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect the confidentiality of all internal and external information. We must protect company data, customer information, and intellectual property from unauthorized access or disclosure. We have GDPR guidelines which we follow in this.

7. Anti-Corruption and Bribery

Bribery, corruption, and any form of unethical business practices are strictly forbidden.

8. Reporting and accountability

In Erene Solutions we take full responsibility for identifying and correcting any ethical concerns of violations.
